Role Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, developing business opportunities, and effectively communicating with potential clients. You'll be part of a fast-moving international sales team expanding in Latin America and Israel, focusing on outreach and generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Manage and track leads using HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Represent Localbird's values: curiosity, consistency, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Based in Latin America (Native Spanish speaker + Conversational English)
• 1+ year of SDR or sales experience – ideally in tech, marketing, or SaaS
• HubSpot experience is required
• You love cold calling and thrive on connecting with people
• Coachable, humble, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
